S’il y a des arguments solides en faveur d’une telle orientation – et c’est ce que la première partie de cet article voudrait examiner –, il reste cependant que l’attention exclusive aux compétences risque bien de nous faire oublier quelque chose, qui se situe du côté du faire œuvre et du côté du rapport aux œuvres. C’est ce que du moins je voudrais établir. Le faire œuvre, les œuvres, le souci de l’un et de l’autre, sont irréductibles à l’orientation vers la compétence et permettent de dessiner une autre orientation de l’éducation. |
