Summary, etc. | Durant 2 années, nous avons formé et accompagné les directions de 14 établissements secondaires et leurs collaborateurs au développement d’une dynamique de changement. Ourant la formation/accompagnement, nous les avons amenés à analyser leur fonctionnement en vue d’améliorer l’efficacité de leurs act!ons. Nous avons choisi d’étudier trois cas d’établissements afin de comprendre les différentes manières dont les directions et leurs collaborateurs se sont approprié les divers résultats d’auto-analyse et comment les projets de changement se sont développés. Hour ce faire, nous avons repéré en quoi un dispositif impliquant une mobilisation large des acteurs et une auto-analyse du fonctionnement de l’établissement, pourrait générer de nouveaux apprentissages et des changements de pratiques. |

Summary, etc. | During the last two years, we have organized a training and supporting program to favour the dynamics of change in secondary schools. 14 principals together with members of their staffs entered the program.Throughout the program, they were brought to analyze their way of functioning in order to improve efficacy in their schools.Three principals (and their staffs) were particularly considered in order to understand how they could take advantage of the results of their self analysis, how differently they did so, and how projects of change developed in their institutions.To do so, we pointed out to what extent a strategy that requires actors to take action and analyze school management and leadership could favour the dynamics of change. |
