Summary, etc. | Adossée à un programme de recherche en didactique professionnelle, une plateforme nationale de formation a été conçue à partir de l’analyse des situations de travail des enseignants débutants en France. Cet article décrit la conception par les chercheurs de la plateforme en s’appuyant sur un observatoire de la pratique des enseignants débutants et les nouvelles modalités de formation que les enseignants débutants et les formateurs adoptent en se formant (pour les premiers) ou en formant (pour les seconds) à partir des ressources de Néopass@ction. Notre analyse montre comment l’activité débutante peut devenir un objet d’étude et de transformation prioritaire dans le processus de formation des enseignants et ainsi générer de nouvelles modalités d’interaction en formation. |

Summary, etc. | A national training platform, supported by a research programme in professional didactics has been set up. It is based on analyses of classroom situations involving beginning teachers in France. This paper describes how the researchers designed this platform, drawing on material from an observatory on beginning teachers’ practice, and the new training modalities that are used by the beginning teachers and the trainers when they train themselves (for the former), or train (for the latter) with the resources found on Neopass@ction. Our study shows how a beginning teacher’s practice may become an object of study and an object of high- priority transformation in the teacher training process, and how it may also bring about new modalities in interaction during training. |
