Summary, etc. | l’objectif de cette contribution est de saisir ce qui caractérise les relations de tutorat dans les espaces-test agricoles. Dans un premier temps la notion de configuration est mobilisée pour appréhender le rôle que jouent les environnements professionnels, institutionnels et sociaux dans la structuration et la transformation de ces relations au sein de ces espaces. Ensuite, l’article examine, à travers une étude de cas, les différentes classes d’interaction tutorale dans lesquelles le travail, l’apprentissage et les modes de coordination font objets de controverses et mettent en jeu des dynamiques d’intercompréhension. L’analyse montre que l’approche de la didactique professionnelle croisée à celle de la sociologie pragmatique se révèle être un cadre fécond pour comprendre les conditions et le déroulé de la double activité tutorale : celle de produire et de transmettre. |

Summary, etc. | This contribution aims to understand what characterizes the mentoring relationships that occur between an experimented farmer and a trainee who is planning to become a farmer, in spaces specialized in testing agricultural activities. We mobilize at first the notion of configuration to understand the role of professional, institutional and social environments in structuring and transforming these relationships. We then get zoomed through a case study on the various mentoring interaction in which working, learning and cooperating are sometimes controversial and involve mutual understanding dynamics. We show that crossing the Professional Didactics approach with pragmatic sociology is an appropriate framework for understanding the conditions and place of mentoring dual activity that are : producing and transmitting. |
