Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse à l’activité de formateurs lors d’un cours sur l’utilisation des Tice d’une première année de Master « Métiers de la formation ». L’intervention des formateurs observés s’organise en cours d’action, au gré de l’activité productive (Samurçay et Rabardel, 2004) de 10 équipes d’étudiants qui apprennent à monter un ou plusieurs films courts. Le but de la situation d’apprentissage n’est pas de former des professionnels de l’audiovisuel mais de préparer de futurs spécialistes de la formation à l’élaboration d’un produit multimédia éducatif. Dès lors, comment caractérìser l’activité des formateurs ? Le fait qu’elle se déploie en cours d’action lors de travaux dirigés et s’ajuste aux difficultés rencontrées, l’inscrit-elle dans le registre de l’accompagnement plutôt que dans celui de la transmission ? Dans de telles conditions, comment sont traités les contenus, entendus comme les savoirs et savoir-faire nécessaires pour réaliser une tâche et en résoudre les problèmes ? |

Summary, etc. | This paper deals with trainers’ activity that takes place throughout a course on the use of ICT during the 1st year of a Master’s program on “Training trades”. The intervention of observed trainers is organized in the course of action, according to the productive activity (Samurçay and Rabardel, 2004) of 10 student teams taught how to edit one or several short movies. The underlying goal of the learning situation is not to train broadcasting professionals but to prepare future training experts so that they can perform educational multimedia product-related tasks. Therefore, how should the trainers’ activity be characterized? Does the fact that it expands in the course of action during tutorial classes and adjusts to the difficulties met by students, place it into the accompaniment framework rather than in the transmission one? Under such conditions, how are the contents handled, understood as the knowledge and know-how necessary to perform tasks and solve problems? |
