| Summary, etc. | Nous partons du présupposé que les concepts sont des produits des conditions historiques dans un espace/ temps donné, et qu’ils portent en eux quelque chose qui est et, à la fois, qui peut devenir. À la recherche de ressources théoricométhodologiques pour permettre de réfléchir aux dimensions éducatives des processus de travail sous le contrôle des travailleurs, nous (re) visitons – à la lumière du matérialisme historique – les catégories de « production associée », d’« autogestion » et de « culture du travail », en faisant référence aux différents contextes dans lesquels les travailleurs ont pris à leur charge les moyens de production. Nous problématisons les processus de formation de travailleurs associés, en prenant en compte le mouvement social pour une économie solidaire qui, avec la crise structurelle de l’emploi depuis la fin des années 1980, se développe dans le cadre latino-américain. |

| Summary, etc. | We start from the assumption that the concepts are products of the historical conditions in a given space/time. This thoorical and methodological research allow thinking about the educational dimensions of the work process under the control of the workers. We revisite the categories of “associated production”, “self-management” and “culture of work” by using the historic materialism. We refer to various contexts in which the workers support the means of production. We problematize the process of training of associated workers, by taking into account the social movement for a united economy developped in the Latin American context of structural crisis of the employment since the end of 1980s. |
