| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa maladie de Behçet est une maladie systémique d’étiologie inconnue dont le pronostic peut être vital. Les manifestations vasculaires sont peu fréquentes mais graves. Elles sont dominées par les atteintes veineuses et plus rarement artérielles, l’atteinte artérielle bilatérale étant exceptionnelle.Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient chez qui la maladie de Behçet a été révélée par des anévrismes bilatéraux des artères fémorales communes associés à une thrombose artérielle unilatérale du membre inférieur. La prise en charge médico-chirurgicale a mené à une bonne évolution clinique et biologique. |

| Summary, etc. | Behçet’s disease is a systemic disease of unknown etiology and can cause potentially fatal complications. Vascular involvements are rare but serious. They are dominated by venous lesions and more rarely arterial. Bilateral arterials aneurysms are exceptional.We report a case of Behçet’s disease revealed by bilateral aneurysms of the common femoral arteries associated with unilateral arterial thrombosis of the lower limb. Treatment consisted of surgical repair associated to corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs with a good clinical and biological evolution. |
