| Summary, etc. | Here we report an unusual presentation of a male patient who presented with Covid-19 viral pneumonia and developped acute limb ischemia in the right lower extremity, which required endovascular revascularization, but who finally died from severe disseminated organ dysfunction. Thrombotic complications seem to emerge as an important issue in patients with Covid-19. Recent publications have highlighted a coagulation disorder in severely diseased patients responsible for a hypercoagulable state. We discuss the biological mecanisms involved in the occurrence of the coagulopathy linked to the SARS-CoV-2. |

| Summary, etc. | Nous rapportons l’observation d’un patient hospitalisé pour pneumopathie SRAS-CoV-2, et dont l’évolution a été marquée par la survenue d’une ischémie aiguë du membre inférieur droit par thrombose extensive poplitée et infrapoplitée, traitée par revascularisation endovasculaire, suivie d’une défaillance multiviscérale fatale. L’association de complications thrombotiques veineuses, mais aussi artérielles, à l’infection virale est maintenant bien établie, et semble en rapport avec une hypercoagulabilité dont nous discutons les mécanismes actuellement évoqués. |
