| Summary, etc. | Autoriser la pratique d’une activité sportive chez un patient atteint de syndrome de Marfan est une situation complexe. Le praticien doit tenir compte du bénéfice physique et psychique induit par l’activité sportive, mais aussi et surtout des risques de complications graves allant jusqu’au décès qu’elle peut engendrer. Si la compétition est contre-indiquée, l’activité sportive de loisirs, douce et de détente, avec faible composante statique et dynamique peut être autorisée après éducation du patient et sous traitement bêta-bloquant, afin de limiter toute augmentation de la pression artérielle et de la fréquence cardiaque. |
