| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa présente analyse a pour objectif d’exposer les caractéristiques et les conditions de la formation et du développement du travail du professeur d’éducation physique au Chili à partir des années 1980. Il s’agira de voir comment ces conditions sont engendrées, et de décrire ainsi les caractéristiques principales du processus d’insertion professionnelle et les conditions de travail des professeurs d’éducation physique issus de différentes universités chiliennes (publiques et privées), pour finalement établir la structure actuelle du marché du travail sportif pour ces professionnels. À travers cette étude, nous avons pu établir des conclusions, comme le fait par exemple qu’il existe une pertinence et une évaluation adéquate en ce qui concerne le curriculum et les activités réalisées par les professionnels dans leurs travaux ; ou bien le fait que le premier emploi est acquis dans un laps de temps très court, mais avec des conditions de travail différentes, lesquelles ont tendance à se stabiliser et à se consolider avec le temps. |

| Summary, etc. | The objective of the following analysis is to show the characteristics and conditions of the formation and working development related to the teacher of Physical Education during the 80’s. Also, it will show how they were born and which are the main characteristic of the insertion process and teachers’ working conditions of graduates from the different Chilean Universities (Public and Private). Finally, the structure of the Sports Job Market for these professionals will be established. Through this study, some conclusions were drawn, such as the existence of belonging and appropriate evaluation of the curriculum and the working activities. Moreover, the fact that the first job is acquired in short time but with uneven conditions, which in time tend to stabilization and consolidation. |

| Summary, etc. | El profesor de Educación Física en Chile: Relación trabajo y sociedadEl presente análisis tiene por objetivo exponer las características y condiciones de la formación y el desarrollo laboral de los profesores de educación física en Chile desde los años 80. Se trata de ver como se han evolucionado las condiciones y los procesos de inserción laboral y profesional de los profesores egresado de las diferentes universidades del país (universidades públicas y privadas). Podemos establecer a priori como conclusión la existencia y pertinencia de una evaluación adecuada a la labor que realizan los profesores de educación física en el mercado laboral. Se puede establecer que muchos de los profesores de educación física recién titulados quedan trabajando en el mismo lugar donde realizaron su práctica profesional. |

| Summary, etc. | Der Sportlehrer in Chile: Analyse der Arbeits- und Gesellschaftsbeziehungen Ziel der vorliegenden Analyse ist es, die Charakteristika und die Bedingungen der Ausbildung und Entwicklung des Sportlehrerberufes in Chile seit den 80er Jahren darzustellen, zu zeigen, wie diese Bedingungen strukturiert sind, was die wesentlichen Charakteristika des Insertionsprozesses und der Arbeitsbedingungen der Sportlehrer aus den unterschiedlichen chilenischen Universitäten (öffentlichen und privaten) ausmacht und schließlich die Arbeitsmarktstrukturen des Sports für diese Berufsgruppe aufzuzeigen. Bei dieser Studie konnten wir zeigen, dass Schlüssigkeit und Übereinstimmung zwischen dem Curriculum und den beruflichen Anforderungen bestehen und aber auch, dass die erste Anstellung sehr schnell nach der ersten Ausbildung erfolgt, aber mit deutlich unterschiedlichen Arbeitsbedingungen, die sich jedoch tendenziell im Laufe der Zeit stabilisieren und festigen. |

| Summary, etc. | Il professore di EFS nel Cile: analisi delle relazioni lavoro e societàLa presente analisi ha l’obiettivo di esporre le caratteristiche e le condizioni della formazione e dello sviluppo del lavoro del professore d’educazione fisica nel Cile a partire dagli anni 1980, vedere come queste condizioni sono strutturate così come le caratteristiche principali del processo d’inserimento e le condizioni di lavoro dei professor’ d’educazione fisica usciti da diverse università cilene (pubbliche e private) e, infine, stabilire la struttura del Mercato del Lavoro Sportivo esistente per questi professionisti. Attraverso questo studio è stato possibile stabilire alcune conclusioni, come il fatto che esiste una pertinenza ed una valutazione adeguata per quanto riguarda il curriculum e le attività realizzate dai professionisti nel loro lavoro; anche il fatto che il primo impiego è acquisito in un lasso di tempo molto breve dopo la formazione iniziale, ma con condizioni di lavoro sensibilmente differenti, condizioni che hanno tendenza nel tempo a stabilizzarsi e a consolidarsi. |
