| Summary, etc. | La contrebande d’armes qui se développe en faveur des absolutistes espagnols pendant la Seconde guerre carliste (1872-1876) depuis plusieurs espaces, particulièrement la France, constitue un moment important de ces circulations transnationales illégales. Cette alimentation d’une insurrection en armes par ses soutiens à l’étranger dégrade fortement les relations entre les gouvernements français et espagnols, ce dernier accusant le premier d’être complice de ces trafics. Mais elle provoque aussi des remous diplomatiques à l’échelle européenne, où les ramifications transnationales du soulèvement carliste inquiètent le chancelier Bismarck, qui y voit une possible remise en cause de l’ordre européen refondé en 1871.. |

| Summary, etc. | The smuggling of arms that spread up in favour of the Spanish absolutists during the Second Carlist War (1872-1876) in various areas, in particular in France, was an important occurrence of these illegal transnational circulations. The supply of arms for an insurgency by its foreign supports deteriorated considerably the relationship between the French and the Spanish governments, as the latter accused the first one to be an accomplice of those traffics. But it also provoked diplomatic upheavals in an european scale, as the transnational ramifications of the Carlist uprising worried chancellor Bismarck, who interpreted it as a possible questioning of the european order founded in 1871. |
