| Summary, etc. | In France, psychological difficulties during the 2020 Covid-19 health crisis quickly became a particular concern among health professionals in hospital facilities. The situation in Residential facilities for the dependent elderly and among non-healthcare professionals has not been studied much. This article reports on the problems encountered by caregivers and non-caregivers working in nursing homes in one of the areas most affected by the first epidemic wave in France. It is based on a survey using a mixed-methods investigation. It explores the variety of problems encountered by professionals, their potential effect in terms of psychological distress, the mechanisms of their regulation and the structural social factors that could be involved. These results invite us to think differently about the issues surrounding psychological suffering following the pandemic and the levers for its prevention. |

| Summary, etc. | Les difficultés psychologiques des professionnels soignants des établissements hospitaliers durant la pandémie de Covid-19 ont rapidement fait l’objet d’une préoccupation particulière. La situation en Ehpad ainsi que celle des professionnels non soignants, en revanche, ont peu été étudiées. À partir d’une enquête fondée sur une méthodologie mixte, menée sur l’un des territoires les plus touchés par la première vague épidémique en France, cet article entend décrire les difficultés rencontrées par les professionnels soignants et non soignants travaillant dans les établissements d’hébergement pour personnes âgées dépendantes (Ehpad), leurs effets potentiels en matière de santé mentale, les ressorts de leur régulation et leur inscription dans des dynamiques structurelles fragilisant certains profils sociodémographiques. Ces résultats invitent à penser différemment les enjeux qui entourent la souffrance psychologique suite à la crise, ainsi que les leviers de sa prévention. |
