L'auteur de Surveiller et punir, sans connaître les méandres de la confection de ce « grand livre », selon son expression, retrouve la problématique des « mécanismes punitifs » et de « l'économie politique des corps », telle que l'avait conçue Rusche en 1933 et qui avait été gommée par Kirchheimer. |

The autor of Discipline and Punish, without knowing the twists and turns of the making of that « great book » -to quote his words-, finds the same problematics of « mecanisms of punishment » and of « political economy of the bodies », as conceived by Rusche in 1933 and erased by Kirchheimer. |
