| Summary, etc. | Le SGEN-CFDT, dont le rôle est souvent minimisé, lorsque l’on réalise l’histoire de la discipline EPS, a été le moteur de changements importants au cours de la décennie 1977-1987. L’une des particularités de ce syndicat réside dans le fait que la direction nationale, au cours de la période, a été massivement féminine. Ce travail historiographique et, dans une moindre mesure, prosopographique, montre comment conception de l’EPS et féminisme sont liés et comment les dirigeantes de ce syndicat non corporatiste, mais comme son nom l’indique « général », ont promu une vision de l’EPS en rupture avec les courants dominants de la période. Leurs positions ont pu influencer les décideurs politiques et les autres organisations syndicales et même le courant dominant (sport éducatif) au cours de cette période. |

| Summary, etc. | Despite it being the driver of important changes, especially during the decade 1977–1987, the SGEN-CFDT’s role is frequently overlooked when discussing the history of the subject of physical education (PE). One of the distinctive features of this trade union lies in the fact that during this period, unlike other trade unions, its national committee was comprised mainly of women. This historiographical and to a lesser extent prosopographical article shows how the conceptions of PE and feminism are linked and how the activists and leaders of this non-corporate (but, as its name indicates, “general”) trade union, promoted a vision of PE at odds with the dominant currents of the time. These women’s positions hugely influenced political decision-makers and other trade unions, and even had an impact on the period’s dominant trends in educational sport. |

| Summary, etc. | Der SGEN-CFDT, dessen Rolle in der Geschichte des Sportunterrichts oft unterschätzt wird, war der Motor für wichtige Veränderungen von 1977-1987. Eine der Besonderheiten dieser Gewerkschaft ist, dass ihre nationale Führung während dieser Periode überwiegend weiblich war. Die vorliegende historiographische und in geringerem Maße prosopographische Arbeit zeigt, wie die Zielsetzungen des Sportunterrichts und des Feminismus miteinander verbunden sind und wie die Direktorinnen dieser nicht-korporatistischen, aber wie der Name besagt, "allgemeinen" Gewerkschaft eine Vision des Sportunterrichts gefördert haben, die mit den vorherrschenden Strömungen der damaligen Epoche brach. Ihre Positionen konnten Politiker und andere Gewerkschaften, ja sogar den Mainstream (den erzieherischen Sport) in dieser Zeit beeinflussen. |

Una delle particolarità di questo sindacato risiede nel fatto che la direzione nazionale, nel corso di questo periodo, è stata massivamente femminile. Questo lavoro storiografico, e in misura minore prosopografico, mostra come concezione dell’EPS e femminismo sono legate e come le dirigenti di questo sindacato non corporativista, ma come indica il suo nome “generale”, hanno promosso una visione dell’EPS in rottura con le correnti dominanti del periodo. Le loro posizioni hanno potuto influenzare i decisori politici e le altre organizzazioni sindacali e anche la corrente dominante (sport educativo) nel corso di questo periodo. |
