RésuméLa sociologie de l’art dépend de la façon dont elle envisage les œuvres. Trop souvent, elle a accepté les définitions esthétiques de l’œuvre et leur grammaire de l’unique : celles-ci sont incompatibles avec le travail en sciences sociales. On en donnera pour preuve la logique qui gouvernent les propositions de Roland Barthes, Theodor Adorno, Ernst Gombrich, fondées sur des principes esthétiques. La nécessité d’une reconstruction du concept, en faisant de l’œuvre un processus social particulier, apparaîtra d’autant plus nécessaire.

Definitions of the work of art in aesthetics and sociologyThe sociology of art depends on the way in which it considers works of art. Too much often, it accepted the aesthetic definitions and their grammar of the singular object: they are inappropriate to work in social sciences. We will illustrate this incompatibility by reading Roland Barthes, Theodor Adorno and Ernst Gombrich inspired by aesthetic logic. The need for a rebuilding of the concept will appear ail the more necessary, by making work of art a particular social process.

Demasiado a menudo, aceptó las definiciones estéticas y su gramática del objeto singular : Éstás son incompatibiles con el trabajo en ciencias sociales, ilustraremos esto con la logica que gobierna las proposiciones de Roland Barthes, Theodor Adorno and Ernst Gombrich fundadas sobre principios esteticos. La necesidad de una reconstrucción de este concepto aparecerá más necesaria, siendo objeto de arte un proceso social particular.
