La co-évolution de l’homme et des nouveaux moyens d’information et de communication engendre ce nouvel être, le « cybionte », intégrant une série d’outils le reliant à un « macro organisme planétaire ». Son environnement – cliquable – sera celui du Web symbiotique et ce dernier sera de plus en plus prépondérant dans les décisions qui engagent l’humanité.
