« Le temps de la colère, les femmes, notre temps est arrivé » : c’est ce que chante l’hymne du MLF. Nombreux sont les « groupes femmes », « groupes de parole », « groupes de conscience » créés tout au long des années 1970 dans des entreprises, quartiers et universités. Les étudier sous l’angle de l’expérience, c’est mettre au jour tout à la fois la part des émotions constructives engagées dans la mobilisation, la place du corps face aux violences faites aux femmes, la force des indignations, certes, mais de celles qui portent le désir de subvertir le champ du politique par une imagination créatrice.

‘The age of rage, women, our time has come’: these are the lyrics of the hymn of the Mouvement de libération des femmes (MLF). Numerous ‘women’s groups’, ‘support groups’ and ‘self-help groups’ were set up throughout the 1970s in companies, neighbourhoods and universities. Studying them from the angle of experience certainly brings to light the role of constructive emotions in activism, the place of the body in the face of violence against women and the sheer force of indignation, but at the same time it offers insights into the role played by the desire to subvert the field of politics through a creative imagination.
