Cette recherche a pour but de montrer l’importance de la qualité dans le processus d’éducation des patients traités par anti-vitamines K, pour prévenir les complications éventuelles liées à la maladie. Après avoir dressé un cadre théorique sur le processus éducatif, l’auteur s’interroge pour savoir si l’éducation donné dans un service de cardiologie est suffisante pour que les patients acquièrent les connaissances nécessaires qui leurs permettent de prévenir les risques iatrogènes des anti-vitamines K.Les résultats de la recherche montrent la difficulté du processus d’éducation pour le patient et le personnel, compte tenu d’un certain nombre de facteurs : le séjour relativement court des patients, la situation anxiogène du patient liée à sa pathologie et à son devenir.A la suite des résultats, l’auteur propose un contrat éducatif personnalisé qui concerne le patient mais aussi son entourage et le réseau extra hospitalier.

Evaluation of the therapeutic education of the patients under anti-vitamins k treatment in cardiology service/intensive care unitThe aim of this research is to show the importance of quality in the process of education of the patients treated by anti-vitamins K to prevent possible complications related to the disease. After having drawn up a theoretical context on the educational process, the author wondered whether the education given in a cardiology service is sufficient so that the patients acquire the necessary knowledge that would enable them to prevent the iatrogenic risks of anti-vitamins K.The results of the research showed the difficulty of the educational process for the patient and the staff, considering a certain number of factors : the relatively short stay of patients, the anxiety-provoking situation of the patient linked with his pathology and his future.Following the results, the author proposed a personalized educational contract which concerns the patients but also people around him and the extrahospital network.
