Cet article vise à apporter quelques réponses à la question suivante : quel usage nouveau pourrait-on faire des technologies Web pour la Veille Anticipative Stratégique – Intelligence Collective, dans une préoccupation d’ajouter un savoir-faire supplémentaire à la méthode L. E. SCAnning®, notamment pour la traque d’informations à caractère anticipatif. Nous présentons un usage innovant du site Web : utiliser le site Web pour provoquer des informations d’origine terrain. Il s’agit d’attirer vers nous des informations émergeant du terrain et résultant d’interactions que nous suscitons par un procédé approprié. Au travers d’une étude empirique résultant de Recherche Intervention en PMI, nous présentons un cas et nous formulons quelques enseignements pratiques et théoriques.

Anticipatory and Collective Environmental SCAnning : a new use of the Web site to provoque « in-the-field » information This paper aims to bring some answers to the following question : which new use of Web technologies for Veille Anticipative Stratégique – Intelligence Collective, with the objective to add an additional know-how for the method L. E. SCAnning®, in particular for the tracking of anticipated information. We present an innovative use from the Web site : to use the Web site to provoque « in-the-field » information. The goal is to attract visitors’s spontaneous information. Through an empirical study tested by intervention-research into SME, we present a case and we formulate some practical and theoretical results.

Exploración estratégica de anticipación y colectivo : uso innovador del sitio Web para obtener información de terreno Este artículo espera aportar algunas respuestas para la siguiente pregunta : qué nuevo uso podría hacese dela tecnología Web para la Veille Anticipative Stratégique – Intelligence Collective, con el propósito de proponer unos conocimientos técnicos suplementarios al método L. E. SCAnning®, en particular para la recoleccion de información de anticipación. Presentamos un uso innovador del sitio Web : utilizando el sitio Web para obtener información de terreno (informal, relacional y sensorial). Se trata de captar para nosotros alguna información que surga del terreno y sea el resultado de las interacciones que suscitamos con un método conveniente. A través de un estudio empírico resultante de la Investigación-Inter vención, presentamos un caso y formulamos algunos consejos prácticos y teóricos.
