Le projet d’un article sur la formation à la demande de la fapag (Fédération des associations de psychothérapie analytique de groupe) a été pour Psyfa (Psychanalyse & famille) une opportunité pour réfléchir à son fonctionnement et limiter l’entre-soi. L’écriture est un dévoilement qui permet de psychiser des éléments internes, démarche peu évidente mais importante. Que voulons -nous transmettre ? Pourquoi ? À qui ? Comment ?Ce questionnement soulève toute une réflexion qui convoque l’éthique et les processus institutionnels à l’œuvre en référence à l’épistémologie psychanalytique groupale organisant notre fonctionnement institutionnel et les contenus des temps de formation. Nous proposons ici une analyse de ces processus, de leurs difficultés et des mesures pour les dépasser ainsi que le décryptage de la manière dont ils sont traversés par le mythe des origines de Psyfa.

The project to write an article on training at the request of the fapag (Federation of Associations Group Analytic Psychotherapy) was an opportunity for Psyfa (Psychanalysis and Family) to reflect on the way it works and to limit self-segregation. Writing is a process of unveiling that makes it possible to give a psychic status to internal elements, a process that is by no means easy yet nonetheless important. What do we want to pass on? Why? To whom? How?These questions raise a whole range of issues, involving ethics and the institutional processes at work, with reference to the group psychoanalytic epistemology that organizes our institutional functioning and the content of the training periods. We offer an analysis of these processes, their difficulties and measures to overcome them, as well as deciphering the way in which they are permeated by the myth of Psyfa’s origins.

El proyecto de escribir un artículo sobre la formación a petición de fapag (Federación de asociaciones de psicoterapia analítica de grupo) fue una oportunidad para Psyfa (Psychanalyse & famille) de reflexionar sobre su funcionamiento y de limitar el trabajo en círculo cerrado. Escribir es un desvelamiento que nos permite psicoanalizar elementos internos, un paso no tan evidente pero importante. ¿Qué queremos transmitir? ¿Para qué? ¿A quién? ¿A quién? Esta pregunta plantea toda una serie de cuestiones, relacionadas con la ética y los procesos institucionales en juego, en referencia a la epistemología psicoanalítica de grupo que organiza nuestro funcionamiento institucional y el contenido de nuestras sesiones de formación. Proponemos aquí un análisis de estos procesos, sus dificultades y medios para superarlas, así como descifrar la forma en que están atravesados por el mito de los orígenes de Psyfa.
