Les jeux de pouvoir illégitimes mettent en péril la survie de l’entreprise. L’objectif de cet article est d’en comprendre la signification puis de proposer une approche d’apprentissage organisationnel des jeux de pouvoir fondée sur le modèle des trois R. de la spiritualité (Reconnaitre, Réfléchir, Réincarner). Nous avons mené une approche exploratoire fondée sur la théorie phénoménologique de Husserl au sein d’une entreprise en croissance. Les données des entretiens ont été analysées grâce au logiciel Minerva. Les résultats montrent le besoin spirituel des acteurs de l’entreprise, ce qui les conduit à mettre en œuvre un processus d’apprentissage autour de la spiritualité. Ce processus est à la fois individuel et collectif.

The aim of this article is to comprehend the meaning of this danger and then to propose an approach of organizational learning of power games based on the three R’s of spirituality (Recognize, Reflect, and Reincarnate). We carried out an exploratory study based on Husserl’s phenomenological approach within an expanding firm. The interview data were analyzed through the Minerva software. Results show the spiritual need of the actors of the company leading them to undertake a learning process based on spirituality. The process is, at once, personal and collective.
