La société en réseau ouvre clairement la voie aux pouvoirs transversaux et décentralisés qui remettent peu à peu en question le pouvoir de domination traditionnel. L’exemple d’une plateforme de crowd mixte (sourcing et funding) qui rencontre des zones de frictions entre l’entreprise et ses communautés mais aussi au sein de l’entreprise elle-même, permettra de mettre en lumière comment opère un pouvoir hybride, instable, en recomposition permanente, ainsi que de s’interroger sur ses effets dans un contexte managérial. Pour ce faire, l’angle d’approche de cette recherche propose le fil rouge suivant : individu, symptôme et lien social avec pour toile de fond les nouvelles technologies qui, dans le contexte du soft power, modifient le lien social et mettent en évidence le pouvoir informel. Ce fil rouge permet de tisser à la fois une approche managériale et psychanalytique du pouvoir.

The example of a crowd funding platform wich meets the frictions between the company ands its communities, but also within the company itself, will allow us to bring to light how a hybrid, unstable power, in permanent reorganization operates and to wonder about its effects in a managerial context. To do it, the angle of approach of this paper proposes the following red wire : individual symptom and social link with for backdrop the new technologies that, in the context of the soft power, modify the social link and hightlight the informal power. This will allow us to show at the same time a managarial and psychoanalytical approach of the topic of power.
