RésuméDans ce texte, nous présentons les principaux courants théoriques qui fondent ce que l’on nomme dans la littérature sur les organisations le « tournant linguistique ». Ensuite, nous présentons des travaux de recherche influencés par le tournant linguistique et qui ont ouvert la voie à des approches visant à saisir l’organisation en mouvement, à mieux comprendre la place et le rôle de la communication dans la constitution des organisations.

Where are we with the linguistic turn? On the trail of a paradigm shiftIn this paper, we present the main theoretical streams that underlie the “linguistic turn” in organization studies. Then, we present research influenced by the linguistic turn that studies the process of organizing and the constitutive role of communication in organization.
