Cette étude présente les résultats d’un partenariat entre deux services territoriaux : un service de Protection Maternelle et Infantile et un service intersectoriel de pedopsychiatrie des Hauts-de-Seine. Elle montre la complémentarité entre deux services institutionnels qui gagnent à travailler ensemble dans le champ du continuum prévention-soin. Formalisé, ce partenariat a donné naissance à une unité Parents-Bébé où les bénéfices en terme de soutien parental et de prevention précoce sont exposés.

This study presents the results of a partnership between two public health services: a service of Mother and Child Care and a service of Child Psychiatry, in a french district of Hauts-de-Seine, near Paris. It shows the complementarity between these two institutional services when they work together in the field of prevention and care. This partnership resulted into a Parents-Baby’s treatment Unit, which showed great benefits in terms of parental support and early prevention.
