L’Union européenne (UE) a surtout conçu ses relations avec les États-Unis, la Chine et la Russie, de manière bilatérale. Or, de la déformation du triangle formé par ces trois puissances dépend, en partie, l’orientation future de la mondialisation. C’est pourquoi l’UE doit s’efforcer d’avoir une approche simultanée de ces trois pays, qui affaiblissent aujourd’hui le multilatéralisme.

The European Union faced with the triangle United States/China/RussiaThe European Union has mainly designed bilateral relations with the United States China and Russia. The direction that globalization takes in the coming years will bring pressure to bear on this triangle formed by the three superpowers. For this reason, the EU must strive to develop a simultaneous approach to these three countries, even though the latter are currently playing down multilateralism.
