Des incertitudes pesant sur de nombreux partenaires commerciaux extérieurs (tels que les États-Unis, la Chine et la Russie), ainsi que l’éventualité d’un Brexit « dur », nous avons pu observer au cours des derniers mois en Allemagne un désir de consolidation du couple franco-allemand et de la construction européenne dans le champ industrialo-commercial. La période semble plus que jamais propice aux rapprochements franco-allemands et à la coopération, à condition d’adopter une approche réciproque qui soit structurée et compréhensible.
