L’Intelligence Economique, dans son évolution prévisible, va nécessairement s’éloigner d’une approche strictement économique et compétitive pour prendre en compte l’évolution de la société, de la culture, mais au-delà des incidences des perturbations climatologiques et énergétiques. Dans ce contexte, l’analyse doit dépasser la vision géopolitique pour embrasser les grands changements structurels du monde, prévisibles compte tenu des indicateurs scientifiques à notre disposition. Cette contribution montre comment l’Intelligence Economique peut contribuer à mettre en place des processus de résiliences nationaux et locaux (en ce qui concerne l’Intelligence Territoriale), mais aussi participer à la création d’un nouvel imaginaire facilitant une « transition intérieure » et une individuation maîtrisée.

The Economic Intelligence, in its foreseeable evolution, will necessarily move away from a strictly economic and competitive approach to take into account the evolution of the society, the culture, but beyond the incidences of the climatological and energetic disturbances. In this context, the analysis must go beyond the geopolitical vision to embrace the major structural changes in the world, predictable through the scientific indicators at our disposal. This contribution shows how Economic Intelligence can contribute to the establishment of a national and local resilience processes (as regards to Territorial Intelligence) but also to participate in the creation of a new imaginary facilitating an “internal transition” and a controlled individuation.
