L’auteur examine ici ce qu’il considère comme le noyau métapsychologique central de toute dépendance, quelle qu’en soit la forme manifeste. Et il l’éclaire en se fondant sur une observation où, au terme d’une difficile analyse, l’appareil psychique du patient, par un heureux usage de son préconscient, a su énoncer, travailler une conjonction de mots remarquable qui contient une sorte d’auto-représentation de l’économie paradoxale de la dépendance... Il rapporte le ressort de cette économie à une défaillance traumatique par carence d’apports objectalisants de la différenciation précoce entre pulsions du Moi et pulsions sexuelles, entraînant un effacement de la structuration œdipienne de la psyché. La dynamique correspondante implique une relation hautement ambivalente à l’objet de dépendance où le retournement contre le soi de la destructivité renforce répétitivement un besoin de secours de la part de l’objet, lui-même réduit à l’impuissance et ainsi implicitement postulé et simultanément nié, faute d’une inscription suffisante de la fonction du tiers, essentielle dans la sexualité humaine.

The author, in this text, examines what he considers to be the central metapsychological core of all dependence, whatever its manifest form. He sheds light on this with the help of an observation of the fact that at the end of a difficult analysis, the psychic apparatus of a patient, through the appropriate use of his preconscious, was able to state, shape a remarkable conjunction of words containing a sort of self-representation of the paradoxical economy of dependence... He identified the mainspring of this economy as a traumatic weakness due to the lack of an objectalising input of the early differentiation between Ego instincts and sexual instincts, entailing an eradication of the Œdipal structuration of the psyche. The corresponding dynamics imply a highly ambivalent relation to the object of dependence in which a reversal against the self of destructivity repetitively reinforces the need for help on the part of the object, itself reduced to helplessness and thereby implicitly both postulated and simultaneously denied, there being no firm enough inscription of the function of the third party, essential to human human sexuality.

El autor examina lo que considera como el núcleo metasicológico central de toda dependencia, cualquiera sea su forma manifiesta. Y lo aclara basá ndose en una observación en la cual, al final de un difícil aná lisis, el aparato psíquico del paciente, a través de un afortunado uso del preconsciente, ha sabido enunciar, trabajar una conjunción de palabras notable que contiene una especie de autorepresentación de la economía paradójica de la dependencia... Atribuye la clave de esta economía a un desfallecimiento traumá tico por carencia de aportes objetalizantes de la diferenciación precoz entre pulsiones del Yo y pulsiones sexuales, que conlleva la desaparición de la estructuración edípica de la psiquis. La diná mica correspondiente implica una relación muy ambivalene con el objeto de dependencia en donde la vuelta contra sí de la destructividad refuerza repetidamente la necesidad de auxilio por parte del objeto, el mismo reducido a la impotencia y así implicitamente postulado y al mismo tiempo negado, falta de una inscripción suficiente de la función del tercero, esencial en la sexualidad humana.

Der Autor untersucht hier das, was er für den zentralen metapsychologischen Kern von jeglicher Abhängigkeit hält, was auch ihre manifeste Form sei. Indem er sich auf eine Beobachtung stützt, in der, am Ende einer schwierigen Analyse, der psychische Apparat des Patienten, dank einer glücklichen Benützung seines Vorbewussten, fähig war, eine bemerkenswerte Konjunktion von worten auszudrücken und zu bearbeiten, welche eine Art von Selbstdarstellung der paradoxalen Ökonomie der Abhängigkeit enthält... Er bezieht den Ressort dieser Ökonomie auf ein traumatisches Misslingen durch Mangel an objektalisierenden Einbringungen der frühen Differenzierung zwischen den Ichtrieben und den Sexualtrieben, welche eine Ausradierung der ödipalen Strukturierung der Psyche nach sich zieht. Die entsprechende Dynamik entspricht einer schwer ambivalenten Beziehung zum Objekt der Abhängigkeit oder einer Wendung gegen die eigene Person der Destruktivität ; dies bekräftigt wiederholt die Notwendigkeit, beim Objekt Hilfe zu suchen, Objekt, das selbst zur Machtlosigkeit reduziert ist und somit implizit aufgestellt und gleichzeitig verneint ist, aufgrund des Fehlens einer genügenden Einschreibung der Drittfunktion, wesentlich in der menschlichen Sexualität.

Lo chiarisce basandosi su una osservazione in cui, alla fine di una difficile analisi, l’apparato psichico del paziente, tramite un felice uso del suo preconscio, ha saputo dire, lavorare una notevole congiunzione di parole che contiene una specie d’autorappresentazione dell’economia del paradosso della dipendenza... Riferisce la molla di questa economia ad una faglia traumatica per carenza d’apporti oggettualizzanti della differenziazione precoce fra pulsioni dell’Io e pulsioni sessuali, inducendo una cancellazione della strutturazione edipica della psiche. La corrispondente dinamica implica una relazione d’oggetto di dipendenza altamente ambivalente o il ritorno contro di sè della distrtuttività rinforza in modo ripetitivo un bisogno di essere soccorso dall’oggetto, lui stesso ridotto all’impotenza e quindi implicitamente postulato e simultaneamente negato, per mancanza d’una sufficente iscrizione della funzione del terzo, essenziale nella sessualità umana.
