Le projet d’autonomie est interrogé à partir du parcours d’insertion professionnelle d’un adolescent en hôpital de jour. Cet article souligne les enjeux identificatoires d’un parcours de rétablissement « avant la lettre ». Il met en avant les notions de potentialités psychotiques et de compromis identificatoire. Il montre comment la notion de rétablissement s’inscrit dans un modèle social d’autonomie individuelle qui se retrouve dans le nouvel esprit du soin. Cela interroge la manière de concevoir les rapports de l’adolescent, de sa famille, de l’institution, et du social.

The autonomy project is questioned from the point of view of the professional integration of an adolescent in a day hospital. This article underlines the stakes identified to you of a course of recovery. It highlights the notions of psychotic potentialities and of compromise identified with you. It shows how the notion of recovery is part of a social model of individual autonomy that is reflected in the new spirit of the cue. It questions the way of conceiving the relationship between the adolescent, his family, the institution and the social world.
