Les dimensions interculturelles et transculturelles font partie intrinsèque des situations groupales en Nouvelle-Calédonie. C’est ainsi que s’est imposée la nécessité de penser à plusieurs à une pratique transculturelle dans, par et pour le groupe. Il s’agit de discuter sur la mise en place d’un espace trans-culturel intermédiaire ( etci) qui constitue un dispositif groupal alternatif de verbalisation, d’écoute et d’analyses croisées pour l’élaboration des traces traumatiques par et avec le groupe et ses participants. Écrire et penser à plusieurs, c’est une occasion pour comprendre le processus de métissage en psychanalyse de groupe, puisque le clinicien groupal est poussé à essayer de modéliser son cadre de compréhension des phénomènes psychiques en groupe interculturel, à travers l’émergence d’une ethnopsychanalyse groupale via une analyse de groupe « hybride ».

This was why many of us felt it was necessary to conceive of a transcultural practice in, by, and for the group. It was a question of discussing the setting-up of an intermediate transcultural space ( itcs) which constitutes an alternative group setting of verbalization, listening and cross-analyses for elaborating traumatic traces by and with the group and its participants. Writing and thinking with others is an opportunity for understanding the process of intermixing in group psychoanalysis, for the group clinician is pushed to try to modelize his framework for understanding psychic phenomena in intercultural groups through the emergence of a group ethno-psychoanalysis via a “hybrid” group analysis.
