Summary: How can we combine the creation of work collectives with the desire to encourage the emergence of singularities? How can we organise the institution of cooperative practices while allowing subjects to play their full part? This paper focuses on the notions of institution, clinic and apparatus (‘dispositif’) in an attempt to show how the contributions of institutional pedagogy and the taking into account of unconscious psychical processes in the field of education and training can contribute to provide some answers. In the final section, a monograph reports on an experiment carried out in university training.

Comment articuler la mise en œuvre de collectifs de travail avec la volonté de favoriser l’émergence des singularités ? Comment organiser l’institution de pratiques coopératives tout en laissant toute leur place aux sujets ? Cet article se centre sur les notions d’institution, de clinique et de dispositif pour essayer de montrer en quoi les apports de la pédagogie institutionnelle et la prise en compte des processus psychiques inconscients dans le champ de l’éducation et de la formation peuvent fournir quelques éléments de réponse. Dans la dernière partie, une monographie vient rendre compte d’une expérience réalisée en formation universitaire.
