Cet écrit propose de réfléchir au rôle et à la fonction des pères (et/ou de leur substitut) dans le soin, l’attention et l’éducation portés à l’enfant. Si historiquement la pensée psychanalytique s’est beaucoup intéressée aux enjeux de la relation mère/enfant, elle a également proposé certaines réflexions théoriques tout à fait intéressantes sur la dimension paternelle. Nous souhaitons, à cette occasion, en présenter quelques éléments.

This writing proposes to reflect on the role and the function of the fathers (and / or their substitute) in the care, the attention and the education brought to the child. Historically, psychoanalytic thought has been very interested in the issues of the mother / child relationship, but it has also proposed some quite interesting theoretical reflections on the paternal dimension. We wish, on this occasion, to present some elements.
