The perspective attempted in this article deals with the psychosociologist’s situation when the intervention carried out hits a snag, doesn’t go as planned or doesn’t lead to the expected results due to the inadequate practice of a facilitator or the association employing him / her. Six “faux pas” are examined: an indiscretion, a small gift, a poorly chosen facilitator or a group ill-suited to DIDI, inappropriate behavior, an unfortunate exit from the program. These are all failings that are more common than is generally acknowledged, and which are often missing from the participant items in today’s much-appreciated evaluations.

La perspective tentée dans cet article traite de la situation du psychosociologue lorsque l’intervention menée connaît des accros, ne se déroule pas comme prévu ou ne conduit pas aux résultats escomptés en raison de la pratique inadéquate d’un intervenant ou de l’association qui l’emploie. Six « faux pas » sont ainsi examinés : une indiscrétion, un petit cadeau, un intervenant mal choisi ou un groupe mal adapté au di, un comportement déplacé, une sortie malencontreuse du dispositif. Autant de défaillances, plus courantes qu’on ne le dit en général, qui manquent bien souvent à l’appel des items participants des évaluations si prisées de nos jours.
