RésuméL’objet de cette étude porte sur les enjeux de la séparation parent-enfant, notamment la séparation entre l’enfant et le parent de sexe opposé. Nous avons traité cette problématique au regard de la question de l’inceste, plus précisément de la réalité psychique de l’inceste, à partir d’une investigation psychanalytique de deux versions du conte populaire Peau d’âne. L’analyse comparative des deux récits montre ce qui est en cause dans une situation incestueuse et en quoi l’interdit de l’inceste a une incidence sur le processus d’individuation psychique de l’enfant. Cette contribution s’inscrit dans une tentative de penser les conditions de l’humanisation chez le sujet.

The donkey-skin fable : the psychological impact of father-daughterThis study focuses on the impact of parent-child separation, particularly the separation between a child and an opposite-sex parent. We address this problem in the context of incest, more specifically the psychological reality of incest, beginning with a psychoanalytic investigation of two versions of the « donkey-skin » fairy-tale. The comparative analysis of the two stories shows what is involved in an incestuous relationship, and how the incest taboo has an impact on the process on a child’s psychological individuation. Our contribution to this issues is an attempt to analyse the conditions of the humanisation of individuals.
