Pour optimiser l’accompagnement de l’entrepreneuriat collectif sur le chemin de l’innovation sociale, l’équipe du projet ISTESS (Innovation Sociale et Technologique dans l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire1) a conçu deux outils afin d’aider les porteurs de projets ; 1- L’AutoDiagnostic de l’Innovation Sociale-ADIS qui a pour but d’aider à se repérer dans l’innovation sociale et faciliter l’argumentation pour obtenir des financements. 2- Un guide d’Accompagnement de Projets Innovants et Collectifs-APIC qui questionne de façon systémique les domaines de compétences de l’entrepreneuriat pour modéliser l’état d’avancement du projet. Après deux années d’expérimentation avec ces deux outils, nous proposons de présenter leur évolution pour mieux cerner le profil des entrepreneurs innovants. JEL Codes : L26, L 31, O 32, O 35.

To improve collective entrepreneurship coaching on the social innovation way, the ISTESS (Social and Technological Innovation in the Social and Solidarity Economy) project team has designed two tools to help project leaders. On one hand, the Social Innovation Self Diagnostic-ADIS aims to help them to find their way in social innovation and facilitate the argumentation to obtain funds. On the other hand, the APIC guide for supporting innovative and collective projects examines the fields of entrepreneurial skills, based on the systemic approach, in order to model the progress of the project. After two years of experimentation with these tools, we propose to present their development to better understanding the process of innovative project leaders.
