Cet article montre – au travers de deux exemples emblématiques : l’Université des patients (Faculté de médecine, Sorbonne-Université Paris) et la Chaire de philosophie à l’Hôpital (GHT1 Paris « Psychiatrie et Neurosciences ») – comment la création de deux dispositifs socio-thérapeutiques innovants s’inscrivent dans ce que nous appellerons l’école française du soin («  French Care »). En effet, la France se démarque des initiatives anglo-saxonnes, par la spécificité de son offre et de son organisation publiques de soins et par celle d’un corpus théorique issu des sciences humaines et sociales, dans lesquelles la philosophie, la psychothérapie institutionnelle ou encore la psychodynamique jouent un rôle prépondérant.

Is there a « French School » of care? Two cases of socio therapeutic innovation experience: the University of the Patients and the Chair of Philosophy in the HospitalThis article shows — through two emblematic examples : the University of Patients (Faculty of Medicine, Sorbonne University Paris) and the chair of philosophy at the Hospital (GHT Paris "Psychiatry and Neuroscience") — how the creation of two Innovative socio-therapeutic projects are part of what we will call the French School of Care ("French Care"). Indeed, France differs from Anglo-Saxon initiatives, by the specificity of its organization of care (free access for all) and by the fact that the theoretical approach of medicine, includes the tradition of human and social sciences, in which philosophy, institutional psychotherapy or psychodynamics play a leading role.
