RésuméLa coanimation par deux thérapeutes d’un groupe thérapeutique offre aux patients hospitalisés un éventail supplémentaire de supports identificatoires, mais aussi une contenance permettant d’accueillir les mouvements d’angoisse et d’agressivité. Appartenant au maillage institutionnel, le binôme de thérapeutes peut ainsi penser la dynamique de groupe comme reflet de la dynamique institutionnelle.

Within a therapeutic group led by two therapists, the binomial gives to hospital patients additional identification supports and contenance, which allows to receive anguish and aggressiveness movements. As a part of the institutional chain, the binomial can think about group dynamics as a reflection of the institutional dynamics.
