Notre étude a pour objectif de mettre en lumière les grands principes applicables en matière de responsabilité du médecin. Elle se focalise sur les deux faces d’une même pièce2, à savoir l’obligation d’information du médecin et le consentement éclairé du patient.
Our study aims to shed light on the main principles applicable in terms of physician responsibility. It focuses on two sides of the same coin : the doctor’s obligation to inform and the informed consent of the patient.
