Cet article présente quelques études princeps dans le domaine des thérapies comportementales et cognitives utilisant la réalité virtuelle (RV). Un rappel des bases théoriques et méthodologiques de ces thérapies permet de cerner l’intérêt et les limites de l’utilisation de la RV en psychothérapie.

This article presents some first pilot studies in the field of cognitivebehaviour therapies using virtual reality.A recall of the theorical and methodological bases of these therapies permits to surround the interest and limits of the utilization of virtual reality in psychotherapy.
