À partir de la littérature psychanalytique, l’article présente les addictions sexuelles. Il s’applique, à partir de problématiques cliniques spécifiques, d’émettre des hypothèses métapsychologiques qui aident à mieux comprendre certaines solutions défensives. Il propose à partir d’illustrations cinématographiques une réflexion sur les rapports entre symptomatologie, culture et lien social.

This paper takes psychoanalysis as its starting point in an exploration of sexual addictions. Specific clinical cases will be used to set forward meta-psychological hypotheses which will enable us to gain a better understanding of defensive solutions. Examples from the world of cinema will illustrate a consideration of the relationship between symptomatology, culture and the social bond.
