Building on qualimetric intervention-research undertaken as part of a CIFRE thesis (Industrial Agreement for Training through Research, a French program enabling PhD students to conduct research within a company), this article focuses on a notion that, despite being key, was not covered in this thesis: the experience curve. In the specific context of the social and solidarity economy (SSE), we seek to determine the nature of this curve and the milestones that have been reached. By analyzing the experience of two significant corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects, we were able to highlight five experience milestones. These milestones, derived from a single longitudinal case study, provide initial theoretical and practical insights, both for the organization concerned and for other organizations and/or possible future research.

En reprenant comme base la recherche-intervention qualimétrique entreprise dans le cadre d’une thèse CIFRE, cet article se concentre sur une notion clé : la courbe d’apprentissage. Dans le cadre spécifique de l’économie sociale et solidaire, nous recherchons effectivement à déterminer quelle a été cette courbe et quels paliers ont été atteints. Par l’analyse de l’expérience vécue à travers deux projets RSE significatifs nous avons pu mettre en exergue cinq paliers d’expérience. Ces paliers, issus d’une étude de cas longitudinale unique présentent des premiers enseignements à la fois théoriques et pratiques tant pour l’organisation concernée que pour d’autres organisations.
