Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : The Jugendsurvey, a longitudinal survey carried out by the Deutsches Jugendinstitut (DJI) unables us to better understand the changes in the young Germans relation to politics and institutions. The data analysis leads us to relativize and qualify the discourse about their disinterest in politics and commitment. If there is indeed a decline of youth participation in the activities of traditional structures, their basic aspiration to engage is still evident, although most often it occurs only during occasional activities.
