This research examines the rise of a regenerative model, centered on symbiosis and sustainability within the business context. It challenges the linear growth paradigm, highlighting its negative effects on the environment and society. By adopting a systemic and cooperative approach, it proposes a symbiotic vision that aligns with the principles of the regenerative company. The emphasis is on learning and empowerment, which emerge as key concepts enabling entrepreneurial awareness and thus promoting symbiosis and regenerative dynamics within the company. The case of the family-owned business Pietra illustrates the implementation of an entrepreneurial approach anchored in its ecosystem.
