Abrégé : This study presents the results of a partnership between two public health services: a service for mother and child care and a child psychiatry service in the French district of Hauts-de-Seine near Paris. It describes the complementarity between these two institutional services which both benefit from working collaboratively in the field of prevention and care. This partnership resulted in the founding of a Parent and Baby Treatment Unit, whose benefits in terms of parental support and early prevention are discussed.
