Autism is a neuro-developmental disorder the conditions of which set in at the very beginning of life. This study aims to examine distinctive characteristics in neural autistic development, initially through two approaches: on the one hand by analysing the neurobiological effects of a dominant monogenic de novo mutation in an autistic subject. And on the other hand, by examining the distinctive clinical features, above all those related to language, which affect the majority of autistic people, even the most talented. There are two core questions: one based on electrical cerebral rhythms and the other on a minimum basal neuronal network allowing access to the lacanian mirror stage.
