This article examines the notion of dependency in that it designates the pathological relationship a subject beholds with an object. It delivers clinical material obtained from interactions between patients and various actors of a therapeutic group in addictology. The verbal and graphic material produced in these groups enables an interesting thought. Their examination offers the possibility to consider the addictive behaviour through the drive economy.
