Within the framework of an intervention financed by a social care institution, N. Guetat-Calabrese and L. Lafage together lead a training group intended for a team of technical educators. We propose to highlight how the work conducted by C. Blanchard-Laville as the supervisor of these facilitators enabled them to support the training over time even though it was jeopardized both by the group and by the institution. We will first present the context of this action and secondly analyze how the pair of trainers was able to progress over time. Concepts such as support, intertransference, and envy in work situations will allow us to show this evolution.
