Knowledge transfer in supervision: A daily clinical training experience
Type de matériel :
4
Based on her own sessions of professional supervision, the author explains how this process has developed her knowledge and skills through the analysis of her counter-transference. Using three clinical case studies, she describes her quest for personal development, attained through constant interaction between herself and the other. She begins by narrating the psychologist’s experience of a difficult clinical situation; she then describes the work of the supervisor, who, as a third party, must create the space and freedom for a psychologist to elaborate their process of counter-transference, which in turn optimizes their relationship with the patient.
