This paper attempts to show that the crisis in psychopathology participates in the “question” of the truth of the subject which psychiatry is forced to reiterate. The psychoanalysis revealed a subversion of this link with the truth considering the crisis as a singular moment of mutation which the therapist does not control. We shall reflect upon the idea of psychic transition by an approach of the levels of maturation in particular with the adolescents and shall examine the notion of psychic modification in psychoanalytic treatment.
