Institutional Pedigrees and the Pitfalls of Historicization of Work: Between Filicide and Patricide
Type de matériel :
22
Within institutions of care and social work, historical work is always attacked from all sides. These institutions in effect have to deal with unfastening bonds in a central way. In their extreme forms, impulsive acts, of which these institutions are the theater, border on acts of murder. At the time of generational changes, during renewals of management, these murderous acts come to be played within the group of professionals under the methods of suppression of history and disqualification of the profession: between filicides and parricides. We hope to clarify the dynamics of crisis within these institutions starting from the difficulties of historicization and murderous acts associated with generational change.
